Welcome to Titan Commercial Services LLC's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment is due upon completion of the project.

2. Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties.

3. The client must provide access to the job site during scheduled work hours.

4. Titan Commercial Services LLC is not responsible for any damage caused to pre-existing conditions or areas outside of the construction site.

5. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

6. All materials and equipment remain the property of Titan Commercial Services LLC until payment is made in full.
